Linton’s is the Atlanta Botanical Garden restaurant newly opened in April 2016 by its owner Linton Hopkins. This restaurant brings enormous business plan and is part of a renovation project worth 200 million dollars in the park.

Hopkins is an experienced chef and restaurateur who won a James Beard award. To run the kitchen of this restaurant he was entrusted to an executive chef Jason Paolini, who is also a veteran of Hopkins’s Resurgens Restaurant Group. Paolini dish concept for restaurant is shut off “a sophisticated menu with international flair” with the source material is taken directly from the garden.

Building design executed by a local firm Perkins & Will with the concept aimed to invite and inspire an international destination. Visually glass wall carrying a green garden into restaurant, which is also equipped with dark-light wood accents. A restaurant also features a cafe for serving fast food to be taken away.

The restaurant opened as Linton in last spring, but now it has been re-branded and renamed as Longleaf. Linston Hopkins will continue to serve as a chef advisor and executive chef for kitchen still run by Jason Paolini. Paolini cuisine through the exploration of new menu with ingredients sourced from the garden continues to serve and keep in line with the concept of “plant-to-plate” restaurant.

To dine at Longleaf’s Atlanta Botanical Garden restaurant you need a Garden Admission or membership, it’s available from Tuesday through Sunday at 11 a.m to 5 p.m.
